Coke on Tap Printer Friendly Version
Seeing it the new era in logistics for mankind in general, we should expand our home taps from just suppling water to supplying other liquids. I have gone to Coca Cola with this. here is the letter,
Does Coca Cola have or intend to install in ground Cola/Soft Drink piplines so people can get cola straight out the tap, similar or exactly the same way people get water supplies into their homes?
I ask this because it seems that the concept of supplying water to people via a tap has not been advanced whatsoever since its conception. It seems a natural progression to an advancing society.
I think we should pipe all products across the country straight into the home via ingroung pipelines and completely forget about supermarket shopping in general.
What do you think?

Complete Home Time Reset Printer Friendly Version
Develop a device which will broadcast the correct time to all electronic devices in the home after a power outage and at Daylight Savings time changes. The receiving devices would include VCR's, DVR's, ovens, TV's, alarm clocks, coffee makers, pool pumps, spas, setback thermostats, sprinkler systems, burgler alarm systems, phone answering machine, etc. The source of the correct time could be a cheap GPS time receiver or a sattelite TV receiver. The broadcast medium would be wireless or the electric power cables.

Snappy Socks Printer Friendly Version
If matching socks isn't bad enough, how frustrating is it when you find 2-3 socks with no mates.
My idea is to attach a snap to each sock. Before you throw your socks into the hamper, simply snap them together. The socks will stay attached through the washer and dryer. (I've actually made some, and it does work.) The snaps could be colored to match the sock or have the companies name or symbol on it, such as the Nike swoosh.
I've found two drawbacks:
*Will the other people in your home take the extra two seconds to snap the socks together? (Questionable in my household)
*The sock companies may lose some sales if people aren't losing their socks as much.
Reward: A lifetime supply, to make my life easier. And an instruction manual on how to work a snap for the others in my home!
