Wii Energy Conversion Printer Friendly Version
If you've ever played Wii Sport, you'd know that a lot of kinetic energy is wasted while playing this game. If energy converting devices can be made into the remote (maybe make the whole thing a bit longer to fit the device in), then the remote can convert the kinetic energy into electrical energy. This can be linked to a dry cell holder where the cells can be charged directly from the remote. And this can also be appliable for other Wii games, though those games must involve a lot of movement. Imagine all these while playing Wii!
Reward: Knowing that there are more and more energy converted from thousands (or millions) of Wii players around the world!

Experiance sharing Printer Friendly Version
All of life and all of its experiences, although experienced physically, have no perception until processed by the brain. With advancements in neural technology (although, perhaps a few years out) if subject A "a sky diver" is "recorded" (his electrical brain input/output) it could be "played back" in someone else's inputs. This would yield all of the sensations and perceptions of the experience without actually jumping out of a plane, or whatever else one chooses. This could be invaluable for training. It could even evolve to the point of downloading to the brain. A PHD with a click and a few minutes.

Doorbell for the Deaf and Blind Printer Friendly Version
There are currently door “bells” for the deaf. They usually have a light that flashes brightly instead of playing a tune. Unfortunately, many deaf people are also blind due to the same genetic problems that cause their deafness. It is almost 25 percent in fact. I plan to make a device which, when activated, uses the only reliable sense left - other than smell and taste - touch. This could incorporate a vibrating motor in the person’s pocket.
