I would appreciate if we can connect Alphanumeric keypad with speaker to the phone so that a mute person can hear and type a text to talk, this text will be then voice synthesized and then passed over to the speaker of the person on other side.

Child pushes a key such as "1", picture of Grandpa and Grandma shows on screen while prerecorded messages from Grandpa and Grandma appear. Designed for children from 1-4 years of age.

Phone projection Printer Friendly Version
A mini projector built into a cellphone can display whatever is supposed to be displayed on the cellphone screen. When you combine this and that keyboard that can be used to write stuff on the cellphone it gets really comfortable.
