VRF Virtual Reality freedom Printer Friendly Version
A suggestion to reward prisoners for good behaviour with jaunt camera system VR experiences. Would a long term prisoner control his behaviour with the reward of a once-a-month/week jaunt VR experience according to his tastes?
For one prisoner it may be standing on the terraces watching a Chelsea Manchester football match, for another a mountain experience, for another a baseball game etc. If the VR experience included some short interactive learning material mid experience with a blu-tooth remote? The same technique could be used for long term bed ridden hospital patients, to keep their minds fired up and to raise morale.
Reward: free for the greater good

Local "Society" Fund Printer Friendly Version
I think it would be a fantastic idea for companies to have an optional "local society" fund. I know a lot of companies have a "social" fund in which employees can opt in or opt out. Even something as little as $10 per month can help immensely. For example, if there is a workplace that had even 30 employees contributing to a local society fund, that would come to a total of $3600 per year for causes to the local society fund, which could be helping their local society out in any way, shape or form. Some things I would do are: building homeless shelters, operating another food bank, buying toys and clothing for women and children's shelters, etc. I think it would be a great idea, a little can go a long ways. $10/month to a local society fund among several employees can change a lot of lives.

Judge elimination tests Printer Friendly Version
In the current status quo, the judiciary system of Korea is facing a lot of criticisms due to its unfair post-giving. There are many unqualified judges in the Supreme Court. The unfairness mainly arises because the judiciary system is not independent enough. To solve this problem, I suggest the judges to take judge elimination test every quarter, and evaluated by the general public of their abilities. The elimination test will be able to sort out those who are capable and then evaluation will be able to figure out judges relatively free of corruption. Fairness in the judge selection is especially important since citizens are dependent on the law, and should be provided with the protection of the law.
