Commercial Time On-Screen Timer Printer Friendly Version
No more having to guess when your show will come back on and you can run to the bathroom and do any activity if we could see how long the commercials were before the show comes back on. We could hear an audible ten second countdown to show restart to return on time. This would be preferable to the commercial cut out of today since we might actually want to see certain commercials.

TV - REMOTE CONTROL Printer Friendly Version
How many of you can't remember where you have left the TV remote control?

A device that you place on the TV and make the remote control beeps when you need to find it could be a nice idea.

(Similar to the wireless phone ‘locate/page button’).

Install directional sound tv in hospital rooms Printer Friendly Version
televisions that use directional sound with (like the lrad) to not disturb other patients.

Also make the tv tilt by remote so patients can watch tv on their side without seeing everything at the wrong angle.
Reward: peace and quiet for patients, nurses, and visitors.
