Advertising on the Bottom of Beer Glasses Printer Friendly Version
As far as I know, advertising is most effective in spaces where nobody can keep their eyes off. One of those spaces that has been missed by advertising experts so far is the bottom of beer glasses. When you drink out of a glass, you automatically cast a glance at the bottom, so this would obviously be the perfect location to place a flashy ad.
Of course, there should be different prices depending on the type of glass. Putting ads on the bottom of a pint glass wouldn't make much sense, because the foam on British beers is just too thick. (On the other hand, you can also fill a pint glass with crystal-clear cider, so maybe there should be a flat fee for beer glass advertising after all...)
Reward: Free beer would be fine. Also maybe some free advertising space for the guy who created this website. Hey, I like it!

Double Screen Laptop Printer Friendly Version
What the advertising and marketing business needs are laptops that have 2 screens. One for the user and one to run advertising on. The advertiser would pay the user for running advertising of its product while the machine is being operated in public places. GPS software could keep track of the machine only when the user wanted it to and only to verify that it is in a public place, like a Starbucks, library or airport. The posibilities are endless.
Reward: The knowledge that a Robin C. Morgan idea was being used...and free ice cream. A bananan split. A nice one. Ben and Jerry's.

Open Source P2P Adsense Printer Friendly Version
It seems that currently internet advertising is moving into a new phase, called content sensitive advertising. Google is the main contender in this field with its adsense and adwords.
In another unrelated area of the net, Open Source is growing very fast, and in the 3rd corner is Peer 2 Peer software (or shared computing).
What makes adsense work so well is the amount of people that use it, and the google name behind it makes it better.
Think what would happen if a lot of small websites were to offer services like adsense... They would not work. But if they were to join in colaboration, developing open source adsense like software, they could be a step better.
To really compete, the little players need to work together have the advertising network built over p2p so all the players work in colaboration.
The network could be built on trust. So you trust your advertising partners, and they trust theirs etc. etc.
If any one wants to grab this idea and start running, I will gladly be a part of it (not that this is a requirement).
The only reason that I am submitting this idea, is that without the power of open source, little me can not compete with the google giant.
Reward: Money, Glory, Fame, Top geek status
