Toy for young child Printer Friendly Version
This is a fairly simple idea for children at an age when they appreciate rattles. The toy would have two parts: a cyllindrically spiral track about a foot long and an inch or two wide; and a moving piece that is also cyllindrically spiral that would fit over the track and be able to slide along it, rotating as it does so. The moving piece would slide down the track through gravity. The track could then be inverted to get the piece to move again. Various color patterns and noise making features could be added to create further interest.

Eraseable Solid Ink in a Pencil Printer Friendly Version
With solid ink in a pencil form you can write and then sharpen the pencil or leave it dull for everything from fine point to heavy lines or medium lines. You can still use the eraser if the ink is eraseable. Ink pens go dry but the pencil with solid ink, depending on how solid, might last longer and you could tell when you're almost out of ink and get a new one in time to complete your writing tasks on time. Most schools and colleges require you to use ink, but they didn't specify which kind, only which color. We could make the solid ink pencils in all colors and use them for artistic purposes and other uses besides writing.

Artificial Food Particles for your Teeth Printer Friendly Version
Remember the times when people where looking down on everbody who had a tatoo?
Well, the same is probably true when someone discovers that the remainders of the salad you had for lunch are still sticking to your front tooth. But this is only a problem for prejudiced people. In the near future, this will be a priviledge: people will be able to choose color and shape of the food particles that are sticking to their teeth. Of course, since the food particles are artificial, they will not only serve as a decoration, but they will also protect your teeth from caries.
Reward: Free artificial food particles whenever I need them.
