Renaming Earth Contest Printer Friendly Version
We should consider using a Universal word to rename our planet rather than using old words from thousands of years ago to bring all countries together under one word, instead of a translated version of the word Earth. Besides, it is not a creative word and it is old. Like all new things they are usually rejected at first since old words are comforting, and changing the word for Earth means changing it whereever it is written. (Books, maps, etc.). But other words are changing and after a few years it becomes standard and comforting to all. I propose we have a heavily sponsored contest for the best new name given to Earth and have it be a world wide contest so that everyone can vote on the best choice. We then give the winner a million dollars for the new name and a foot note of recognition to him or her.
Reward: Consider using my name! Ha!

Web-based distributed payment Printer Friendly Version
A website that allows groups of people to enter into a contract to distribute payments from a single source according to a simple percentage scheme. For example, if a creative product developed by a group was sold on the web, the resulting payments would be made through this website to a common account for the product, but then distributed to the individuals in the group automatically. This is similar to Paypal, but with the automatic distribution system, it allows long-term collaborations that do not require communication or futher negotiation between the group members. The site would include a notification of all group members that a payment had been made, the total, and the individual member's share. It would allow group members to change information about contact, login, and destination of payments. It would require input from all group members to change percentages or other terms of the agreement made for the group's project.

Shrinky Dink Rubber Drawing Pad Printer Friendly Version
If you start with a certain sized plastic board and put clips or clamps at the corners, then you can stretch out any shaped piece of rubber and draw on it. The further the rubber is stretched the better the effect on the rubber. First you stretch the rubber then you draw on it then you release the rubber from its clips. The shrinking of the rubber creates a very unique effect that is better and much like the old shrinky dink oven baked shinking plastic. The things you draw on the rubber shrink and look like some fantasy version of the drawn picture or word or what ever it is you drew on it. It is hard to explain, but easy to do. Buy a balloon and lightly draw on it then deflate it and you will see that the image changes and it also compacts making everything look like a logo type drawing. A must have for all those kids who need a creative outlet and a new idea that will thrill them every time they make a new drawing on there pads!
It could also be washable and water soluable so that you could reuse all the same parts including the rubber sheets that get stretched.
Reward: Four of these for my sister's children.
