| Beverage Can Turned Into It's Own Cup 
You could have a pull tab that removes the entire lid of a beverage can with one pull and have the sides perfectly round and safe for drinking from eliminating the use of a cup and helping reduce that dribble down your chin from the small hole in an average beverage can. It would in effect turn the can into a cup where you could add ice or any other ingredient or you could freeze the can for long term storage and dump it into a cup (very fast) or make a great tasting slushy type drink by blending it. Just try and get a frozen beverage out of a small hole in the standard top of a can!And when you're really thirsty you could really chug any liquid out of this kind of can; no air restrictions!Reward: Too be able to place ice in a can of pop without dirtying a single cup rather than doing the dishes all the time!

| Shower water recycling.
In Australia we have a big water shortage problem with lots of great ideas about desalination and grey-water recycling flying around, but the only way to collect and re-use shower water is to put buckets in the shower with you or start replumbing. Theres got to be a better plan. I'm thinking along the lines of a 10cm high X 90cm X 90cm plastic storage box that fits in the shower recess with a nice teak top to stand on and an inbuilt hand top. Bilge pump to empty the water as required. Overflow would still go down the usual drain and I estimate it could hold up to 80 litres or 10 buckets worth. Grey water can be used on plants and shouldn't be stored so the plan would require it to be self draining too.

| Flexible Ergonomical Pens And Pencils
An extra long flexible, bendable pen or liquid pencil to ergonomically flex and wrap in any direction around your fingers and hand. This would fight pain and fatigue when hand writing. This pencil could come with a glove the helps facilitate and stabalize and hold the writing utensil in the proper position so that no improper angles or accidental slipage would occur. The longer pen or pencil would provide more ink or lead and wrap up tightly for small, easy storage for any pocket, note book or binder. It could be made from a large variety of materials from rubber to twisted plastic or twisted metal...Reward: A gold pen and pencil set of this type to give as a gift to my mother.
