| The Pigeon 
I had this idea of making a new high tech newspaper delivery system. I was watching this program on the history channel about homing pigeons and how they were used during WW1 to carry messgaes. Well I think the same thing can be done for newspaper delivery, but not using pigeons. It would be shaped as a pigeon and would carry at least twenty papers inside and will have a GPS system so it knows where to drop the paper. We would just have to figure out how to power the pigeon to fly. Reward: Advice on how to make this.

| The Ring (I'd use it more than a handgun lock)
I saw a nifty safety lock for handguns on a tv program. The hand gun is equipped with some sort of locking mechanism which is unlocked by the presence of a magnetic ring which is worn by the owner. No ring, no discharge, no accidental shootings. Great idea, no doubt it'll save lives, make the world a safer place, etc. But what I could really use is a ring that would unlock, and start my car when I lose my keys, or prevent my car starting if someone tries to start it with out the ring.Reward:

| Automotive teeneager switch
A system that allows you to "switch" your vehicle to a "teenager mode". This would consist of a speed limiter for the engine so you can control vehicle speed, sensors on the seats to see if there are more passengers than allowed, and a GPS system that you can pre-program to set off an alarm (in the car and at home) if the vehicle enters and restricted area (ie. certain parts of town etc.) With teenage driving deaths at an alltime high, I feel this would be embraced by the insurance industry.Reward: the actual product
