"What I liked about my childhood"-database Printer Friendly Version
If you have sisters and brothers, you will, as you get older, sometimes discuss the old times. Pretty often, you'll come across things your parents did that were just awesome (e.g. when you had to go for a vaccination and were brave instead of wailing around and terrorizing everybody else, you would get a matchbox car - what a great idea!) On the other hand, you'll come across a lot of stuff you virtually hated (e.g. you were forced to play a violin - and yuck, you still can't listen to classical music without getting the creeps).
Wouldn't it make sense to collect these - good and bad - ideas in a database? I mean, it's true that nobody can practise to be parents until it happens, and you can't learn it either. But it's not entirely necessary that the same mistakes are made from generation to generation, while all the good ideas get lost. And it's not exactly the educators who can tell you how to do it right - listening to those who can still remember the ups and downs of their own childhood is definitely the better choice.
Reward: Seeing less poorly-mannered children and traumatized grown-ups

Wearable Toys Printer Friendly Version
Have you ever had your children want to be spun around or ask to jump on your stomach? Well, if so then you might want some help in that department. You could wear a whole body jump suit with all the necessary attachments to make you a human jungle gym, a spin toy, a trampoleen, or any other active, sporty type, kids' game! Each game would come with the appropriate attachments for the game. You always wanted to spend quality time where the child does some exercise in this techno age of computer games, so this toy advancement turns you into that special toy, only better.
For example, you could have a few belts in buckles (on the jump suit) that hold a rotating belt and the child could hold onto it and you just lift your arms and they swing while you pull back on their weight the force spins them around effortlessly. The trampoleen would simply attach to your hands and feet and you bounce them in any direction. This type of toy advancement and attachments would work with any two or more person game and you could include your pets; providing them with attachments that bounce and evade them for a game of catch me if you can (a hanging string on a small pole) just by having them hang there and you just stand or wiggle a little. Think of any kid game and you could adapt it to work with wearable toys!
All the fun and the effort is none. Spending time with your children is more important than any thing so, do it right now! Have fun!
Reward: One toy of each design and eight suits!

Dried out Dry Erase Marker tip blues Printer Friendly Version
Here is an idea for the makers of dry erase markers one that would really be of good use to parents care takers and educators of young children. A flip top cap attached to the marker that even a child can easily take off. The cap may necessitate a re-design of the marker tip whereby the cap could also be designed to flip back and perhaps be an ergonomic aid to how the person holds the marker.
Another solution to the "I forgot to cap it!!!" dried out dry erase marker tip blues is to design a retractable marker tip, since kids seem instinctivley love clicking retractable pens. Perhaps you can design a sort of reverse pressure sensitive device that retracts the marker tip when the marker tip is not in use, thus no pressure on the tip would make the tip automatically retract back into its protective barrel.
Reward: A work from home idea marketing job would be nice but if not Ok yes I would like a package or more of different colored markers utilizing one or more of these design ideas.
