| Everyone knows someone 
I once was the procurement manager of an international relief agency... we got all types of FREE items to answer needs here in USA and in 3rd world.It is easy to find companies which trash items others can use. one small letter yeilded nearly half a million dollars in used medical equipment-most of which worked just fine. Some needed repairs.I'd like a pool of timely referrals from industry and the public to form a clearing house to facilitate this exchange.Reward: seeing it work, helping it work

| City Windmill
Design a windmill that adjusts to the amount of wind that is blowing. If there is not much wind then not much electricty is going to be produced, but it is still running. Most windmills need 6PMH to start and then max out. As the wind gets stronger the tension should get stronger to produce more power. If the wind is low the tension should release so that a small amount of power is being produced. The actual design of the windmill should not be like a normal one, it should be designed to rotate off of the smallest amount of wind.Reward: I wouldnt mind my house running off of this.

| Digital wall pictures
Hey i got an idea. Large ultra thin computer screens that could be hung from the wall like pictures. They would have a connection to a personal computer in the house. Browse the internet or scan photos onto the computer and upload them onto these screens around the house. Basically you could have ultra clear wall pictures throughout your house of whatever you wanted and could change them whenever you wanted! Picture a huge screen with an ultra sharp mona lisa on it one week, and then a huge family photo on it the next. Frames could even be put on them to make them look like real pictures.Reward: recognition
