| Entrepreneur's Business Park 
Every area has talented people. Skills all going to waste. Dying of loneliness. And lack of opportunity. In my experience, the only people who really benefit from the agencies set-up to help entrepreneurs, are the employees who mostly do very little to actually help alleviate their struggles. So why not introduce a true enterprise zone to help bring enterprising people together. Government funded, industrial type building - you're allowed all kinds of styles in business parks! It could be a sort of theme park for adults, with places to crash out, bars that serve good food/drinks, IT stations, art studio facilities, noticeboards, keep fit equipment including fun stuff like swings, a gym for people to play ball games etc., and most importantly, a large conference suite so that council members or big business can consult the brainy bods!Surround the place with loads of trees, flowers. Create enough parking (could be underground). Maybe charge members an annual fee, reimburseable if they make a good contribution to help run the place efficiently/cost effectively.For ambience, try using weatherboarding on the floor - nail down and sand the panels, apply paint/varnish! Cheap, effective, hard-wearing. Don't make ceilings too high or problems keeping place warm. Could show educational films relating to art/craft/design. Hold seminars about whatever people are interested in, e.g. tackling poverty... Could run a store re-using waste paper etc. There's so much potential, the mind boggles!Reward: Just make it happen! Invite me along to my local think tank. That would more than suffice.

| Telephone record keeper
A device that would record the user, time, date and length of each call that is made on a specific telephone so that you can compare it to you telephone bill to ensure that the telephone billing is correct. As it is now, the telephone company could add a small un-noticed charge or route a call via a more expensive route and charge consumers more for the same call to the same place and who would know? This would help keep the telephone companies "honest". Also, each user would have a ID code that they would have to enter into the device before they could use the phone. This would make it easy to divide the bill or in large companies give them the ability to see who is making calls, to where and how long they are on the phone. Could save "millions" by discouraging people who use the phone for their own personal business while at work. Or good for people who share telephones and would like to accurately divide the bill, etc.Reward: A device for all my telephones, forever.

| Clip on music stand light from the bottom
I need a music stand light that can clip on and actually light up both pages of the sheet music without overloading my music stand from the heavy weight at the top and hinder my scores that are sometimes a bit taller then the stand itself. The ones available in market are either mini clip-ons that don't light up the sheet music properly; and those that do are all designed to be hung from the top - which is good if there is a lot of space and your stand is strong enough, like those in my orchestra. But the fact is, most music stands used by students at home cannot handle a heavy clip-on light at the top. Furthermore, original scores tend to be taller then the stands, so clipping at the top or even the side is not useful. Many musicians share my problem, especially those who play portable pianos which usually have a shorter stand. They all just sigh and hope that somehow, someday, someone will invent a good light like that. So I'm here putting it out there to anyone who would like to work on this idea - please invent a compact music stand light that:
- is battery operated
- clips from the bottom
- doesn't overload the typical stand
- covers an area good enough for two pages (not like those mini round spot lights that are good for goodness knows what)
- does not fall off or obstruct the flipping of pages Reward: Me and my other good-lighting deprived musician friends will forever be grateful, especially if I can get it on eBay.
