Reverseable Furniture Printer Friendly Version
If you sit on it one way it is one type of furniture, then you turn it over to reveal another kind of furniture with a completely different type and design. Exactly like the toys (The Transformers) but, with furniture of all kinds. The supports to hold the furniture up and in place would be the most only thing needed to be reversable like the legs of a chair, bed, futon, or table, etc. Possibly the back would need to have the ability to be up-side down as well. If you flip it, it could go from chair to bed or another type of chair like a lounge chair to a dinner table chair. The fabric designs could be different as well or complimentary to the other fabric designs.
Reward: Four Arm Chairs.

Amusement Parks For Physically Challenged And The Elderly Printer Friendly Version
If we can design rides and themes of the eras that once were but are now forgotten (20's, 30's, etc.) then we could entertain those who (how ever rude this may sound) live in their past like most everybody else of all ages, then we could have entertainment billed for a large audience not seen using modern technology to enhance the past. An audience of millions not taylored to yet making this a very lucrative business opportunity. The two don't often go together, but "Gone With The Wind" on a roller coaster that can go any speed, accomodate any size or weight of person and have panic stop buttons as well as extra support from personal guides and the equipment itself I think we can all live it up once in a while, and the many growing retirement homes could have great group rates making going there a little more exciting.
Instead of a short cartoon and "It's a small World after all" playing we could have the ultimate old time experience with advanced and enhanced films and documentaries from all the past you can handle. You might even want to have special days for every decade. With walker and wheel chair accessibility on every thing (including the rides), you could give those in their late years a renewed spirit for what once was that was created for the better, for the younger generations to enjoy in relative safety from the dangers of the past.
Reward: Too see that our lesser seen are in the lime light at least once in a while instead of hidden from society.

Retractable Face Shield for Bike Helmets Printer Friendly Version
Detachable, retractable (it goes up to the top of the regular bike helmet or down in front of your face) face shield much like the face shields worn by police officers wearing riot gear masks but, with much lighter weight (thin but, strong clear plastic). Not for impact protection but, has many other protective features such as pebbles, bugs, wind burn, dirt, dust, or other flying debrise protecting all parts of your face especially your eyes from abrasion from objects in the air (dust can scratch your eyes and mess with your breathing). It would sit on top of your head and helmet, when not in use, completely out of the way and would not alter the existing design of bike helmets of today. You could even un-snap it and take it off completely returning your helmet back to original design. What we are trying to avoid with this design is adding weight or obscuring vision and by making the mask limited in size and only in front of the face we solve both these problems especially since plastic can be strong, durable, replaceable, and light in weight. Cheap to make and cheap to buy and a very easy thing to add to existing helmet designs.
