Rent a Gadget Service Printer Friendly Version
More and more pdas, gadgets... coming out every day. I really want to get hand on some of them but not buying them. I know you can buy them and return them (morally not very good) or sell them on ebay (too much hassle and a couple days of usage can reduce a lot of value. And I don't care playing with a used gadget).

So why don't we have services for renting gadgets for play? The manufacture should be happy that customers pay for trying their products.
The question is that how much would I like to pay?
For example, I won't like to pay 300$ to rent one $400 gadget for one year. But I would like to pay $300 memership fee per year for renting 20 gadgets priced from under 100$ to 6 or 7 hundred.
Or I may like to pay $20 to have a hot gadget for 1-2 days. That is $3000-$6000 dollars a year from the service provider.

United States - Complainers Printer Friendly Version
The Idea is simple: Hire people who constantly complain just about anything! Hire them out to other companies looking for ways to make their business better. No complaint too small. The possibilities are endless, especially in a consumer driven market.
"We complain to Make your Customers Happier!" That's the Slogan.
The problem with employees is that they don't complain to management in person. Yet, they/we grovel all day about how bad things are. If management would listen to complaints, things just might get better. My first post - just testing the waters.
First online complaint about this site: eg: the logo at the top of this site is too big - if it has to be that big, put some more images into it! Make it appealing. Oh, it's nice and all: But put some gears into it, make it pop more!
Reward: Making a better world by complaining about it - for the sake of being picky!

Express Line for Waiting on the Phone Printer Friendly Version
Some supermarkets have it: Folks who only buy three items or less can line up at an express counter so they can get out quickly and don't have to wait behind someone who is doing the monthly shopping for his family of six people.
The same principle should be used on the phone when you call the computer helpline or your social security company and they ask you to "please hold the line" for half an hour or more. I would like to see an option for "express calls": you would get to talk to a live person much quicker, but the phone call whould be limited to one minute (after that, you would be automatically disconnected). This would be enough time to ask very simple questions, for anything more complicated you would have to go the long way.
