| Stair Snow Blower 
Having slipped down the stairs (more than once in my life) while shoveling snow, it occured to me that a snow blower the size of a swiffer or shop vac would be most handy. A light weight snow blower that cleans the stairs without bending and scraping and heaving heavy loads of snow from dangerous stairs.Reward: I'd love to have one, someone please invent it!

| Auto lights off
We always forget electric devices switched on, wasting precious power. So if we have a device that detects presence of nobody in the room and switches off the power then we can save lot of power.Reward: mail me at zyxRationalist@yahoo.com or just Remember me.

| Voice activated/automatic toilet seat
Never get yelled at for leaving the toilet seat up ever again. The toilet would be voice activated (for both up and down) but it would also have a sensor so that it would not allow you to hurt yourself if you were too close when you (or someone else) commanded it. It would be just like those urinals which automatically flush after you leave, because this one would automatically lower the seat if it was left up when the person got out of the reach of the sensor. This way, guys would never have to worry about lowering the toilet seat ever again.Reward: Knowing there'd be less yelling (for leaving the seat up) in the world, is reward enough.
