| World Problem Solving Agency
If everyone on the planet who can afford to give to a World Donation Program once a year then, we could end all problems. We would set up one conglomerant of foundations and donation Companies and save tons on advertising and form a board overseeing the distribution of funds to the needy here and around the world in attempt to help cure and treat cancer, hunger, handicapped and all things we think about but never do anything about it.If we had this conglomeration it would be Worldly accreditted and recognized and we all know why we don't donate, it is because it is troublesome. If we have people coming to our homes or having self addressed stamped return envelopes and all they ask for wass one dollar, we would all donate. Or at least I know I would.Reward: Credit

| Community Centers
There could be more public community centers in America that people could visit just to exist with other people. These community centers could be open 24/7 to accomodate people of all sleep schedules. Especially as we become more dependent on technology, and spend most of our time sitting in front of a screen, why do we have to sit isolated in our own homes to do it?In college, I spent most of my time in such wifi enabled common areas, and quite enjoyed it. The most similar thing we have to that right now that I see are coffee shops. these are nice, but it is a requirement to buy a drink in order to sit there, and seating is usually limited. There are also public libraries, but they tend to be dirty, and talking isn't allowed. Obviously, a big challenge would be in keeping the place from being decimated by random miscreants, and keeping it open even though it doesn't offer a product or service. Perhaps the supervisors could charge a small admittance fee, and could be free to remove from the premises any people who destroy the property.Reward: A more connected community.

| VRF Virtual Reality freedom
A suggestion to reward prisoners for good behaviour with jaunt camera system VR experiences. Would a long term prisoner control his behaviour with the reward of a once-a-month/week jaunt VR experience according to his tastes? For one prisoner it may be standing on the terraces watching a Chelsea Manchester football match, for another a mountain experience, for another a baseball game etc. If the VR experience included some short interactive learning material mid experience with a blu-tooth remote? The same technique could be used for long term bed ridden hospital patients, to keep their minds fired up and to raise morale.Reward: free for the greater good
