Gun Muzzle/Bullet Groove Match Database Printer Friendly Version
When you buy a gun at a gun shop you need to fire a few rounds to get used to it. After a few rounds or more the inside of the muzzle has permanent grooves that match both the gun and the bullets coming out of the gun for years if not forever with very little change over time. If we photograph both the bullets and the matching inside grooves of the registered gun, we could then build a data base for all guns sold and like finger prints this will help find anyone involved in misuse of said fire arm. Stored on FBI or Government or any Law Enforcement Agency computer the gun would match the person who bought and registered the gun to the person linking them to any crime as an added aid to capturing ciminals.
Reward: Maybe you could give me the first gun using this technology.

Advanced skills nurturing Printer Friendly Version
In China and Russia, amongst others kids with a talent are taken and are taught to use this talent to the fullest. Some of the worlds greatest painters, musicians, athletes, mathmaticians, etc. have been made this way.
Schooling in the UK produces boring unremarkable individuals with mediocre skills. I would suggest all children should have the same education however some talented and hard working kids should be offered an education with a specialisation. These kids should be taught a subject to an extremley advanced level. Later in life these people with advanced skills should find it alot easer to get sponsorship to universities and ill always have the advanced skill to fall back on.
Reward: Brighter more interesting people would be the reward.

Holiday Sponsors Printer Friendly Version
How about opening the big holidays for sponsorship? (After all, every event has a sponsor these days!) "Independence Day" would then be called "Microsoft Day", "Thanksgiving" could be named "Wal-Mart Holidays", and so on. The holidays would be auctioned once a year and given to the company paying most. The money from the auction could then be used for something special like buying school books, feeding the poor or building social housing.
Reward: Keep this a welfare idea, and don't use the money for crap like highways or armed satellites.
