Commercial flight guidance Printer Friendly Version
How about a device that could take control of a airliner like a heat seeking or guided missile. In the event of a hijacking military jets could be deployed taking control of the jet and forcing it to land safely, brake and shut down.

Magnetic transport Printer Friendly Version
Like magnetic poles repel each other, right?. What if we were to have pavements or "magnetic ways" that were the same magnetic pole as a magnetic skateboard. People will be able to hover and move by leaning forward and stop by leaning backwards.
No fuel or energy is consumed either. Surely we could use this concept for motor vehicles on highways?
Reward: I would like to be involved in the R&D if someone were to do this.

Two-Part Car Horns / Bicycle bells Printer Friendly Version
Ever happened to you that you honked your car horn or rang your bicycle bell just to signal to someone else "hi, am here" but they misunderstood it as an aggressive gesture?
Why not allow all bells and horns in traffic to make two different sounds - one for "hi / hello / look here" and one for "danger / jump aside / buzz off"? The "danger" signal should be the one that comes naturally, e.g. when you press the car horn really hard. The lightweight friendly signal could sound when you push the horn only lightly (technology already exists in electronic drums!) or when you pull the bell trigger in the opposite direction.
Reward: Set of free bicycle bells
