Efficient Take Off and Landing for Airplanes Printer Friendly Version
The start of an airplane consumes a lot of energy and is very stressful to the tires. An airplane could be started (and landed) sitting on a magnetic driven carrier which is accelerated by a linear motor installed in the runway. This method will save fuel, tires and reduces noise at airfields dramatically.
Reward: A cleaner air for my planet.

Emergency Deo Spray for Public Transport Printer Friendly Version
It's the disgusting side of summer: You get into a tram on a hot day, and the air is filled with the smell of old sweat. Wisely, the constructors of trams have mounted the bars to hold on to well above your head (I think it's like that in every country) to ensure that there will always be a fresh supply of stale smells. This way, everybody can point their spelly armpits directly at your face (and nose).
I propose that there should be a mandatory deo spray in every car. This way, everybody can exert his right of self defense and do his neighbor a favor at the same time.
The emergeny deo spray could be mounted right between the emergeny brake and the fire extinguisher.

Powerless Inertia propulsion craft Printer Friendly Version
Nowaday, The US has the most sophisticated spacecraft. But it hasn't ever developed a transport that can use very little energy.

To overcome the grativational force of Earth, people have to apply a lot of thrust to encounter it to go to space.
But why don't we try to change things around? I believe (although seems impossible) there are two methods to propel the rocket without fuel.
First, scientists can find method to stop a tiny area's gravitational force, then we can just a apply a tiny force to push things up since net force is zero.
Second thing is to stop a tiny area on the Earth to stop rotating suddenly. Due to inertia, the rocket in the specific region will start to move with the Earth rotation speed (A HUGE ONE!).
Personally, i feel that the second is pretty cool.
Reward: Let me be the one who ride on this rocket. Invite me to research in these things.
