It would be like a tiny nanoalarm disguised as a button or belt buckle on a woman's pants and if forcfully pulled out or torn or misplaced a silent alarm will be activated and police will be alerted, also a set of earrings or hair clip that will act as a tracking device if you press a tiny button on it, so then the police will be able to find you. Women could wear them everytime they go out at night alone or to a bar or something.
Reward: women feel safer.

Waterproofing Hair Spray Printer Friendly Version
A Gel or Hair Spray that makes your hair waterproof so you would not need an umbrella or hat in the rain or snow. It wouldn't have to be stiff and it could be a styling product or just an additive.
If it doesn't get wet then you can retain all the heat on your head (your main hot spot of your body). Great for outdoor winter work or recreation like hiking or skiing.

Hair Textas. Printer Friendly Version
I like to put blonde streaks in my hair, rather than pay alot to sit in a salon. However, sometimes I get carried away with the blonde ending up in the odd large patch instead of scattered and "sun-kissed". On occassion I have actually used a permanent marker in brown to feather the streaks. Alas, the next time I wash my hair, the brown marker washes out. To go to the trouble of making up a dye preparation with all of the mess and fuss, is so annoying, so I want someone to put the dye in a pen! You could get a variety of colours in a pack.
Reward: A pack of pens please!
