Double Lid/Disk Pressure Release Microwave ContainerPrinter Friendly Version
Microwave-safe plastic containers that have a sealed edge with top attached to a bottom but, with a second lid or plastic disk covering a hole that would pop up when the pressure or steam was too great which would allow you to heat and steam your food and left-overs without a blow-up of the lid from the bottom container. This would protect your microwave from mess and not have to use the cancer causing plastic wrap that melts on your food but, allows fast heating with a proper cover.
The double lid or disk covers a hole that simply releases pressure only when it gets too great but comes back down to help continuous heat. The disk has a disk on the inside too but, the hole is bigger than the center that connects both the inner and outer disk so it would have a larger hole for the pressure release. With a container like this it is possible to cook all foods including raw eggs. Try that with out a lid! It would explode. I have done the research on the eggs and all foods keep their nutrients with steaming rather than just heating. You could add a place in the container for water to help steam your food products. Non explosive cooking and non-toxic like plastic wrap covers. All around better, more effective cooking from your speedy microwave.

Talking GPS Navigation Speed Limit AdditivePrinter Friendly Version
If you add a transmitter to all posted speed limit signs or areas for a certain road, Highway, or freeway (speedway), or just add that information to the GPS navigational equipment in your vehicle, you could move onto a road where the signs might be behind you or not visible at the time you pass the sign post then, we would have happier law enforcement officers, know the speed limits and less accidents and speeding tickets, keeping your auto insurance costs lower and yourself safer and more informed when on roads when you just don't know how fast you can go. Maybe we could add this technology to auto manufacturing and have it transmitted just above our speedometers to help keep track of our own speed.
Speeding tickets are the number one reason a person will be stopped for and is the biggest problem for us and speeding endangers pedestrian traffic crossing dangerous or busy roads. All around safer driving for all. All the speed limits could be transmitted and spoken to the person in the automobile through a small speaker installed by the manufacturer, through the GPS Speakers, or the speed limits could come across on one of your radio stations with local, state, and/or federal law enforcement traffic and road condition commercials between speed limit transmissions. They could add any additional information to that channel about the road or a commercial of any kind they wish.

50 Year Hanging CalendarPrinter Friendly Version
I hate to go out every year and have to pick out a new calandar! Why can't someone make one last for fifty years so that people like me can hang them on the wall and when they drag you out dead in fifty years they would find the only clean spot in your place would be behind your fifty year calandar. Why every year? Why a desk calendar?
I don't want a one year calandar and I don't think you can write on a desk calandar. Just make the pictures different for each month, make them good photos or drawings or paintings or suprise me with all of that stuff. I just need a place to write down birthday's, vacations, appointments, and everything else. If anything, make the calandar bigger so that I can write a whole lot of stuff on one day. I might actually be going to the Dentist on my Father's Birthday and I need more room on that Tuesday to write it down on. Of course you know that the day would be different every year but, we have ways of knowing that ahead of time, especially with my new and improved version of the over-sized fifty year hanging calandar.

Spill Proof Beverage CansPrinter Friendly Version
A beverage can that is shaped like a cone so that it is wider at the bottom but, one you can still grab ahold of and drink from. This would prevent any spill from happening due to it's shape. They make cups like this all ready (and tippy cups for kids or water bottles) but, if the can manufacturers would kindly shift to this cone shape it would prevent that friday night spill or any spill for that matter. I can't think of any other way to keep it from spillling. You can't put beer in juice boxes, glue a magnet to the bottom and have a magnetic coaster, or pour more aluminum in the bottom to weigh it down, or put anything inside the open container to weigh it down because that would add more cost to the product. But, if you like one of those ideas as well then, let me know with a reply right away.

Replace Pills by Medicinal PatchesPrinter Friendly Version
In a couple more years the world population of senior citizens will have risen at it's fastest pace ever. Everyone of them will be taking pills and choking them down. Many will be on so many pills, through out the day, that they won't be able to stomache, swallow, or keep track of them. I am seeing that happen right now.
Instead of pills we should allow drugs or drug cocktails in patch form like the nicotine patches for quiting smoking. This way they will have their twilight years spent with a few patches rather than bogged down with 20 pill bottles to refill and carry around for redosing. Patches are slim, effective, and can give medicine better than pills when they last longer and give a continous stream of medicine through out a day. We should abandon the pills and go with the patch.
