I'm located in the US and my mother already has one. It is similar to the old hand retractable tape measures. The line, is wire on the inside, plastic coating on the outside. Unfort. there are no markings indicating brand (wore off) and when I asked her where she got it she could not remember. Sorry...

I see the idea here. I once lived on the 3rd floor of an multi-family house. Very little closet space and if I had a drop down closet, b/c there was no place for a closet due to size constraints, I would have installed one.

The fact that people can't control the volume of their perfume was part of my idea, it takes the guess work out of it plus it wouldnt be in nose height of most people, hence sleeves and mid chest, but I like the suggestion of odor readers!

Some type of clamp would do well. At a place i used to work at we used a clean mop bucket squeezer to extract juice. I guess a large garlic press would do trick.
