Protect from raining

Mostly the energy savers outside of the house or in open area get fused in the rain because they are not waterproof or sealed properly. I have covered my energy savers by placing them in a 1.5 litre of cocacola bottle which has been cut from the bottom and what you know its works 100% very cheap and artisticle because I have painted them with glass paints and they look lovely.
