Hydroelectricity in all homes

For the last few years I have been working on a micro inline hydroelectric generator. I designed it to fit on the water mains where the pipe enters the house so that whenever water is being used in the house the generator is making electricity to be used in the house so you're not using as much electricity from the grid. I designed it so that it has so it is maintenance free and very efficient with very little water flow loss. I call it Hydrogeny.

Reward: I think that the reward is that it's one more step for a greener planet.

what about also putting power on the rain pipes and also how would it work for houses with wells?

It could work in down pipes if the generator was on the end of the pipe, it would need a flush system that opens when the pipe is full and then closes when it has drained. If the water from the well is pumped it would work on that system also
