Icy Cups

With "Icy Cups" you have a layer of water trapped around the plastic cup and you poor drinks into that, that you would not want to put ice in.
Kid's break teeth on ice cubes, they dilute the drink, and beer or wine can't be servered in ice.
Just stick the cups in the freezer and the layer of solid ice around the cups keeps your beverage Ice Cold.
The frozen water (Ice) is inside a plastic holding tank around the outside of the inner cup; surrounding the cup.

Good idea, but I would imagine that would make the cup very cold to hold as well... unless it had an extra layer that keeps it from getting so cold on the outside.
