The ancient Spartan government used to have a council were the leaders peers would evaluate hsi whole term. This was like an immediate impeachment which I think should be done here a review of the Presidents administration and he should be judged by the citizens he governed to see if his administration was honest or if it wasn't. All 50 states would vote whether he is guilty or innocent.
