Would a kidnapper strike if his DNA identification was sure?

An attacker does not want to be identified and punished. An invention called the ISP makes DNA evident that is easy for the police to find.

THE CONCEPT IS SIMPLE

Imagine personal security device about the size of a button. It contains a hundred miniature skin samplers in a breakable container. Any rupture of an ISP releases hundreds of skin samplers over the attacker. The victim could do this deliberately or the attacker could do it unknowingly. The sheer numbers of tissues samples assures that some of these skin samplers will take and store a tiny sample of skin from the attacker and then fall to the ground.

POLICE SEARCH

Each of the skin samplers has a RFID tag. RFID is a miniature wireless tracking device the size of a grain of rice. All of the RFID tags share the same code. This code is made known to the police if foul play is suspected. The police search likely crime scenes quickly with wireless RFID search devices set to the victim’s unique code. Recovered skin samplers are taken to a lab for DNA identification. DNA analysis of the tissue in the skin sampler identifies the attacker and he is arrested.

NETWORK OF RFID MOBILE PHONES

Mobile phones with RFID detectors in them are coming soon. They could be used as part of an integrated RFID detection network to locate the victim’s tissue samplers with their unique RFID code. Such a system opens the possibility for the live recovery of kidnap victims.

DETERS CRIMINALS

The public and attackers will become aware of the ISPs capability for DNA identification. This identification threat deters attackers from ever striking. If the attacker is not deterred then he will be identified and punished. Either way fewer attacks will occur.

SPREAD THE WORD

The ISP will reduce kidnapping, rape, and battery worldwide for people of all ages. The sooner the word is spread the better.

How would you prevent people from using this technology from taking DNA samples from non-aggressors? It would be very uncomfortable knowing that somebody on the street could "shoot" me with samplers and have my DNA on record...for no reason at all!
It's a cool idea, but I don't think it could ever be adopted in society.

Technology is not needed to get the DNA from any targeted individual. Used tissue paper or a restroom paper towel is probably enough.

But what the ISP can do is give to the police the DNA of an unknown attacker and contaminate him and his processions with miniature wireless tags devices. California and other identities are building DNA databanks now.

Police recovery of a DNA sampler, which has stored an alternating pattern of tissue as follows:

victim-attacker-victim-attacker-victim-attacker.

Serves as proof-of-contract evidence against the attacker. Such a pattern does not happen by chance. Animation of this is at

The ISP provides evidence not only on who was involved, but of what they did as well.

ISP is not a shooting device. It is essentially a capsule with 100 DNA sampling grains with RFID tags. Think of the colds medicine CONTACT™ with its tiny time pills.

When the victim is attacked or threatened with attack she is to deliberately rupture the capsule over herself. Then an attack will create DNA proof-of-contact evidence against the attacker. The attacker will feel the gritty DNA samplers acting on his skin. This will remind him of the power of the ISP to DNA identify and wireless detect him. It will be a powerful deterrent from harming the victim.

RFID is growing in society. From Walmart’s inventory control system, mail order drug verification, to your next cell phone a pervasive RFID network is building. We might as well use it to reduce violent crime and rescue victims.

In the U.S.A. alone there are +5 million violent crimes, +80,000 rapes, +33,000 stranger abductions, and about 100 child abduction murders every year.

The ISP is the only 24/7, low cost, child safe, low liability, zero maintenance, comfortable, disguisable personal security device known.

A child can use one, but it could deter a gang of men.

And if not deter them convict them.

I wouldn't mind having my DNA on file. I would just have to stop stealing *beep*.

The ISP has one huge problem for now it is only text screen.

As such it is powerless and can not deter violent criminals.

That is why spreading awareness of the ISP is CRITICAL.

Wide public demand for the ISP will prompt businesses to risk the expense of making and selling it.

Then in physical form the ISP can deter violence criminals or convict them. Bring safety to and removing fear from all of us.
