The key to solve all problems...is in silence.
If you live in a hectic, active lifestyle where you can't slow down where you want to, to figure things out and improve your life, you will find that by ignoring your surroundings for a while and just sitting in silence, you will instinctively remember what your main priorities are in life. This goes for all those troubled people out there.
If you have too much silence...then you need to feel some chaos, but ONLY after you have sorted your main problems and worries, otherwise you will do things without any real fulfilment from them.
I know many people reading this need this advice.
