it is a little device that can be placed on an animals coler that can pick up on the dogs feelings and thought like a lie detector and when you ask your animal a question it can tell you what it is felling and thinking or like when the animal makes a noise like a bark or a meow it can transmit what they are saying the transmitions are dont through a little spoeeker so that the owner can hear and know what their animal wants and needs this will alow all people to understand what it takes to take well quality care of there animal
