A cellphone chip that is embedded in your wrist skin, when you want to call someone you just say their name. And when a baby is born they can be given their own cellphone numbers, and when that number is dialled and the maternal docror does not answer the cellphone in the baby's wrist, then that baby dies.
This could also help the people who tend to lose their cellphones unnecessarily as well as helping people not to queue in Doctors room, they can just just dial the doctor and give him/her their cell number and the doctor will just check them immediately and tell them of their state of health.
