Obsessed by the improvements of StarTrek and the fourth millennium, while feeling restricted by the limits of today's technology or that boring second law of thermodynamics? Just let your imagination flow - you needn't be Scotty to beam your thoughts in here!

I just watched an interesting documentary on our addiction to oil, and it seems that everyone sees a lot of promise in fuel cells. But the problem is that H2, or molecular hydrogen, is rather hard to come by, since it does not occur naturally.

But then I just thought: could molecular Hydrogen occur naturally in our solar system? Say, perhaps in the rings of saturn, or in the atmopshere of Jupiter? What if a space-craft returns from jupiter or saturn with a ton of hydrogen (in a safe compartment?) That would be an excellent long term solution.

Given furthur developments in spaceflight and other related technology, does anyone else think that this could be done?
