There are a whole lot of hard working people out there not making ends meet for the simple reason that they are very underpaid. Cheap labor has its price and everyone pays it whether they know it or not. If the USA had a fair working wage standard we would have a lot less problems. The minimum wage should be based on a formula. The formula should look like this. Median monthly housing cost times 4 = minimum weekly wage. Housing cost should include rent and mortgage for an area. Working adults are not working for frivolous spending cash. The current wage structure treats many people as if they still live at home. This is a recipe for economic disaster.

Reward: Just getting a ballot and having a vote on the matter would be reward enough.
