DEAR SIR
As we know , when an aircraft come to dive & the wheels dose not come down , even though we prepare our self to the best we can, still "BELLY LANDING" brings very severe danger to the passengers & crews and also we loose aircraft . So the innovative idea which I sagest can keep passengers , crews & aircraft safe and the aircraft could safely lands without any hesitation and even none of passengers could feel the problem has happened .
I am sure if I go through detail of design procedure , even in brief , you will accept how useful would be
