When preparing foods for chopping you must wash all ingredients taking 30 minutes of time. Using the standard Slap-Chop which dices foods with a simple push of a plunger into an attached cup you can include a screw on/off top and bottom. This way you Slap-Chop (Dice) the food then unscrew the top to run cold tap water through the whole thing then let it drain out of the bottom by unscrewing it with an allready attached screen on the bottom. Zero Pre-Wash. Chop then run under tap water!
