Each diaper has a "bar code" type moisture sensor integrated by where the baby "private parts" are located. An app on your phone allows you to input the individual diaper box code (different for each box of diapers) and when the sensor senses moisture, your phone rings or notifies you. They are 1 time use sensors and are built for a one time trigger. Same could be used for poo or pee.
