Submissions that have been rejected by the Creativity Pool. - The Docks aren't necessarily the final destination, if a broken idea gets fixed it may travel to a more appropriate category.

The First Amendment contains the Freedom of Petition Clause. The Petition Clause, states that People have the right to appeal to government in favor of or against policies that affect them or in which they feel strongly. This freedom includes the right to gather signatures in support of a cause and to lobby legislative bodies for or against legislation, (Copley First Amendment Center). I am suggesting that an entire third party can be based on this premise. Take an online survey of the policies first, then elect politicians that will carry forth the policies. The system we have today is backwards. I don't want to have to petition anyone, I want a politician that carries forth the will of the people on the first pass.

Reward: A better system of government.
