Just like any Ipod, but aswell as putting mp3s and videos on it, it also automatically downloads the most recent 20 of your youtube favourites.
All you need to do is connect it via usb, sign into youtube and it will download the videos.
A software that comes with it can give you the option to download into mp3 format, and also to download playlists you have created on youtube.
Reason for the idea : youtube is where I find most of my music, and it would be so useful to just download my favourites straight away than download every single one.
To get past copyright and piracy, maybe the songs/videos could only stay on the player for a week, before they get erased from the player. Or maybe youtube could offer a subscription service, 10 dollars a month or so
Reward: Hassle free music
