The problem for foreigners is English pronunciation. If we invented a small pieces that fit into the ear, it would help with listening. The machine would make pronunciation clear and slow. People will learn right away.

I don't quite understand this one. What would be the difference to buying a language tape and plugging it in via earphones? :-?

Probably what is suggested is a real time worn-in-the-ear device that converts all spoken English in the foreigner's own country to the approved 'Received Pronounciation'. What would it do to Serbo-Croatian or my own Tamil?

Steve, your linguaphone tape idea is a more workable option.
