How about making computers that are placed around the world to go out and search for anything that gets spammed into the internet. Give them a artificial intelligence to be able to track massive amounts of computer code that is similar roaming around the internet or tag certain types of emails and spam so people will know it came from a mass mailing software. This is to corporations and small businesses from masking whatever they want these computers would regulate the information after they send it out. Like a security check point for the information on the net.

This already exists. Not with AI but HI (human intelligence) - individuals report spam to a central server and anyone else can check their mail to make sure it's not known spam (if it is, it gets trashed).
