Have you ever been shopping with someone who was ahead of your cart because they had the list and were looking for the product?
Yes? Then you have probably run over their foot or even knocked off their shoe.
We need a guard over the wheels that arcs over the wheel. It would leave only the bottom section of the wheel, or less, exposed for rolling but would not allow it too run down the heels or shoes of the people in front of you.
Can you imagine the embarassment if you ran over the heel of a perfect stranger?
Preventing law suits and angry shoppers would be worth the small alteration cost of the wheels.
Just a plastic guard would do but, metal could be used as well.
Reward: credit
