If you speak and it can be computerized or synthesized, which it can, then you could speak your version of standard English, since we all have different forms of it,and the computer matches your voice to that particular computer and your difference in the English language. Then your English could be recognized and translated into any other language which, would then make it very easy to go to another country, that speaks another language and be completely understood.
It would be fast and more effective and efficient to have a tool that speaks the other Language for you.
Speak one language and out comes another. A very good way to translate and the best tool for learning a new language.
You could use it over the phone or in your work place on where you need it. Illiminating Bi-Lingual People.
We would need Dialect differences programmed in by location of that country but, most of the time there is one general, understandable way to speak.
