Why not allow a person to call home or the office while on the plane to somewhere else in the World.
They ask that all devices and Electronics be turned off at certain points.
Then why not have phones that work with their technology to use during this time.
They don't want anything to cause interference with the Aircraft so, why not provide us with adequate compensation and let us use their technology.
Besides a movie, they could give us music and TV and computers and phones to use at all times, that we could rent, for the full time of the flight.
I wouldn't mind checking my Email or my favorite TV shows. Besides, all things are satalite run so, why not plug the plane into all those satallites in mid-air.
Beats reading Martha Stewart or sleeping.
