We need to seperate bad tastes from things like coffee. Possible with some kind of chemical reaction to freezing. But, you can seperate the taste from the coffee with three days in the refrigerator while retaining the effects of the caffeine. Our chemical and taste seperator needs to quiken this process by adding more reaction to refrigeration. The freezer will also do this. Tastes like sour and bitter can be frozen out. If our products went through a freezing process prior to reaching our homes we wouldn't need to do it our selves. So, freeze our coffee and freeze out the bad tastes for us.
