Idea Development Infrastructure

We've set up a site for exploring new technology to develop ideas in an 'open source' manner. So, how is this different from the CreativityPool and similar places? In many ways it's not. We also want to share and improve ideas for the benefit of all. However, we are trying to develop new technology and legal structures (licenses, etc.) to foster the further development of these ideas.

Our project is still just 2 weeks old, so we're still exploring new territory. We are currently combining wiki and forum to explore ideas, but work is underway to develop a customized data structure to handle the flow of ideas. (see:

Our new site is here: http://www.theopenidea.org/
