Adding Human Nature to Developing a working Government

When our forunding fathers desighned this country, they wanted to make a country of laws that govern to all. Believing that all men are created equally,for all to be judged on the merit of their argument,not on what one believes.Which in theory is the perfect idea and basic fundemental princible that this country was founded. The only flaw with the design is they forgot to calculate human nature into the design as a whole. I have such a design. One that will not change the basic fundamentals that this country was founded, or change the way it is ran today. it's pretty simple. If anyone is intrested I can gladly explain my idea in detail with reason,and would really like to hear some ideas that can make this vision better.
