Dont you hate it when you are driving in the dark with your high beam headlights on and you are dazzled by someone else's high beams? Modern cars should have a system where they detect more than one car (including your own) driving with their high beams on.
This will reduce accidents by dazzling and also not aggrivate drivers as much from being temporarily blinded.
