Text message store?

I have no idea if this has been done before, nor if it's been thought before. I thought up what if there was a store that you could shop by text messaging it? Basically it'd give you a menu of various things:
Search
My Shopping Cart
About blahcompany
Contact us
Help
And basically it'd be a store, sort of like a online merchant, that would sell you stuff all by text messaging commands.
I hope someone understands my silly idea, it sounds almost possible to work.
