National daylight savings

Isn't about time Daylight Saving was National not just State by State based. I am sick and tired of the silly arguments every year about which is going to have this and when? Is is silly time consuming incovenient and costly to us all.
Here is a simple solution. Daylight Saving applied the first week end of October and changed back the first week-end of April EVERY YEAR - Nationwide.
No arguments no politics,simple and easy for everyone.
If you agree and can support this please let me know. Any ideas on how we get message across to Business, Government and community at large let me know. I have e-mailed politians both State and Federal and the buck passing continues!!!!
