Make The World's Garbage And Sewage Into Rat Poison Pellets

Just melt it all down into ash, like particles, and add a rat and mouse food that they would prefer over other foods - specific poisons and toxins, harmless to other animals and people, but killing rodents. You could poison weeds or make bug spray as well.
